Troublesome ankle puts Mark Wood in doubt for West Indies game

The fast bowler had reported discomfort in his left ankle following England’s victory over Bangladesh on Saturday

George Dobell in Southampton13-Jun-2019Fast bowler Mark Wood is set to undergo a fitness test on Friday morning ahead of England’s World Cup match against West Indies.Wood, who has bowled the fastest delivery (154kph) in the tournament to date, reported discomfort in his left ankle following Saturday’s victoryover Bangladesh. With rain forcing England to abandon most of their plans for outdoor training plans since, he has little chance to assess the severity of the problem.ALSO READ: Buttler reports for England training after recovering from thigh bruising”His ankle is a little bit sore at the moment,” England captain Eoin Morgan said. “We haven’t bowled for a few days so it depends how hefeels when he bowls in the morning. If it’s still sore, we probably won’t take a risk.”However, England had better news of Jos Buttler. He was able to take full part in training on Friday – he even performed some keepingdrills in the driving rain – after sustaining a bruised hip on Saturday that prevented him from keeping wicket. He is now consideredfully fit and will take back the gloves on Friday.Wood’s loss would be a significant blow to England. Several West Indies batsmen had looked distinctly uncomfortable against Wood in theCaribbean and, on a surface that generally offers a little bounce, both sides have talked of the potential importance of pace bowling. While the injury is not thought to be serious, England are unlikely to take a chance with Wood, considering he has undergone three operations on that left ankle. That having been said, this is an important game for both sides. Whichever loses it may face a real scrap to qualify for thesemi-finals.Moeen Ali, who was at his wife’s bedside as she gave birth to their second child on Wednesday, was back at training on Thursday and maywell return to the side instead of one of the seamers. With the Southampton pitch having been under cover for most of the week, theremight have been an increasing temptation to play the extra seamer but, with Wood an injury doubt, it is probable Moeen will return in hisplace.

Michael Neser rocks Western Australia on 15-wicket day

The Warriors bounce back to reduce visiting Queensland to 5 for 71 after folding for 138 in their first hit

Michael Neser has put his name in lights as a potential Ashes tourist after a stunning five-wicket haul on a day when fast bowlers dominated at the WACA.Neser took 5 for 15 from 15 overs, with all five dismissals caught behind the wicket, to help bowl Western Australia out for just 138 on a green seamer. The Warriors bounced back emphatically late in the day, reducing the visitors to 5 for 66 before Neser and Sam Heazlett steadied the ship with a calming, unbeaten 29-run stand to see the Bulls to stumps.Neser now has 30 wickets at an average of 23.30 for the season and 451 runs and counting at an average of 50.11 with five half-centuries.There was no hesitation from Bulls captain Jimmy Peirson to bowl after winning the toss and Neser revelled in the conditions. He squared up both Cameron Bancroft and D’Arcy Short with balls that seamed a long way before they were edged into the safe hands of Joe Burns and Marnus Labuschagne respectively. Mitchell Marsh also fell caught at slip to Neser attempting to defend on the front foot.Sam Whiteman was one of the few WA batsmen who looked comfortable against the moving ball, leaving decisively and pouncing on the odd loose delivery. He and Hilton Cartwright guided the home side to lunch but both fell shortly after. Cartwright was caught in the gully before Whiteman fell for 38, closing the face too soon be caught and bowled off the leading edge to Mark Steketee. The rot then set in. WA lost their last seven wickets for just 69 runs. Neser took two of the last four to complete just his second five-wicket haul in first-class cricket.Queensland’s innings started horrendously, slumping to 3 for 18. Joel Paris’ late and prodigious swing accounted for Matt Renshaw and Labuschagne before Charlie Hemphrey was bowled shouldering arms to Mitch Marsh.Joe Burns made 31 out of 49 in the difficult batting conditions before fending at and edging Liam Guthrie to second slip where Bancroft held the sharp chance.Peirson sliced a catch to the gully off Kelly to leave the Bulls in a worse position than the Warriors were at five-down. But Heazlett and Neser were solid in the fading light to reach stumps 43 runs behind with five first-innings wickets in hand.

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

There was talk of De Jong moving on in 2022, with Premier League giants United leading the clamour for his signature at that stage. Barca were willing to talk terms, but the Dutchman made it clear that he was settled in Spain and had no desire to move on.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

According to , that stance is now being relaxed. De Jong has picked up three ankle problems this season – limiting his game time – and Barcelona are looking to offload saleable assets in a bid to raise much-needed funds.

    WHAT NEXT?

De Jong is, along with Ronald Araujo and Raphinha, among those that the Liga giants are prepared to part with if the right offer is tabled. That may pique United’s interest once again, with the Red Devils still in the market for upgrades to the midfield engine room at Old Trafford.

West Indies women to tour Pakistan after nearly 15 years

The last non-Asian women’s team to tour Pakistan, WI women are set to play a three-match T20I series from January 31 to February 3 in Karachi

West Indies, the last non-Asian women’s team to tour Pakistan, are set to play in the country again after nearly 15 years. The series, comprising three T20Is, will take place in Karachi from January 31 to February 3, and will mark the resumption of women’s international cricket in Pakistan since they hosted Bangladesh for two T20Is and two ODIs in September 2015.Pakistan v West Indies fixtures

1st T20I: 31 January, Karachi

2nd T20I: February 1, Karachi

3rd T20I: February 3, Karachi

1st ODI: February 7, Dubai

2nd ODI: February 9, Dubai

3rd ODI: February 11, Dubai

West Indies had last toured Pakistan in March 2004 for an ODI series. They were only the second team overall to play in the country, after Netherlands. They will play the three T20Is at the Southend Club in Karachi, before moving to Dubai for three ODIs that will be part of the 2017-21 ICC Women’s Championship. The first ODI will be held at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, while the second and third matches have been assigned to the ICC Academy ground. The West Indies women will arrive in Dubai on January 26 before travelling to Karachi on January 30.”The visit of the West Indies women’s team to Karachi is great news not only for Pakistan cricket but for women’s cricket in general,” PCB chief operating officer Subhan Ahmad said. “We are thankful to Cricket West Indies and their players for trusting the PCB and agreeing to play three T20Is in Karachi.”The decision of Cricket West Indies endorses our position that Pakistan is as safe and secure as any other country. On behalf of the PCB, I would like to say that we are confident that this tour will go a long way in the complete revival of international cricket in Pakistan.”The PCB and the CWI have a very long history of collaboration and mutual respect, and this decision further illustrates strong relationship between the two boards. With the West Indies women’s cricket team’s agreement to partake in the three T20Is, the CWI has reiterated their support for a key member of the cricket fraternity in a time when we are working extremely hard to get international cricket back into our backyard.”By playing in Karachi, they will also contribute to the growth and popularity of women’s cricket in this part of the world. I am sure this series will inspire a number of young women cricketers to take up this great sport.”Bismah Maroof scoops the ball•International Cricket Council

CWI chief executive Johnny Grave said: “This tour is a further major step for our friends at the Pakistan Cricket Board to bring their cricket back home, and we are pleased that our players and support staff have recognised this and supported this venture.”The security plan arranged by the PCB is of exactly the same level that the Windies men’s team had last year and independent security advisors, Eastern Star International (ESI), have confirmed to both the CWI and WIPA that they are satisfied that the risk is manageable and can be mitigated to an acceptable level.”We have made it very clear to the players and support staff that should any of them have any personal reservations about this tour, than we fully understand and accept their position.”Last year, the West Indies men’s team played three T20Is in Karachi, snapping a near-decade absence of top-flight, bilateral international cricket in Pakistan, enforced by the attack on the Sri Lankan team bus in Lahore in 2009. Zimbabwe, too, toured in 2015, for five limited-overs games, while World XI exhibition T20s, a T20I against Sri Lanka and a few Pakistan Super League matches have been played in the past two years.Although Pakistan women made their international debut in 1997, a continued conservative outlook towards women in the sport has meant only 23 ODIs, two T20Is and a solitary Test have been played on home soil. Only two non-Asian women’s teams – Netherlands and West Indies – have played international cricket in Pakistan, the former becoming the first side to tour the country for a seven-match ODI series in April 2001.West Indies played three ODIs in Pakistan in 2004 and although the home team lost the series 2-5, the headlining acts of the tour came during the drawn one-off Test. Pakistan opener Kiran Baluch surpassed Mithali Raj’s 214 to make 242, which still stands as the highest individual score in women’s Tests. Shaiza Khan, the Pakistan captain, followed up Baluch’s heroics with the best match figures of 13 for 226, including a hat-trick in West Indies’ first innings.Bismah Maroof is set to return as the Pakistan captain for the West Indies series. Following a sinus surgery in July 2018, Maroof had stepped down from the position. She recovered in time for the World T20 in November, but the experienced Javeria Khan had to fill in as stand-in captain.

Man Utd player ratings vs Chelsea: How did they lose that?! Diogo Dalot's dodgy defending undoes Alejandro Garnacho and Antony's good work as Red Devils defeated in thriller

Erik ten Hag's side threw away what would have been a remarkable victory by conceding two goals after the 100th minute at Stamford Bridge

Manchester United thought they had got away with it, but if you live by the sword you will eventually die by it, even as late as in the 101st minute. In a truly insane game with Chelsea, United proceeded to come back from two goals down to go 3-2 up, only to concede in the 100th and 101st minutes, with boyhood Red Devils' fan Cole Palmer ruining their night and condemning them to a logic-defying 4-3 defeat.

United seemingly learned little from their chaotic 1-1 draw at Brentford and threw caution to the wind again. Conor Gallagher put Chelsea ahead in the fourth minute with the help of bad goalkeeping from Andre Onana and a Palmer penalty doubled the lead, aided by a careless foul by Antony on Mykhailo Mudryk.

The Red Devils were staring another loss in the face, but the determined Alejandro Garnacho dragged them back into the game after he was gifted the ball by a disastrous pass from Moises Caicedo, and Bruno Fernandes then headed United level before half-time.

United lost Raphael Varane and his replacement Jonny Evans to injury and continued to live dangerously in the second half, but completed the comeback on the break, Garnacho connecting with a wondrous cross from Antony.

Having done all the hard work, United switched off when it mattered most and a clumsy foul by Diogo Dalot gifted Palmer another penalty which he dispatched, before scoring again barely a minute later, inflicting a 12th Premier League defeat of the season on Erik ten Hag's hapless side.

    Goalkeeper & Defence

    Andre Onana (5/10):

Fumbled Gallagher's shot in, then made a handful of good reaction saves.

    Aaron Wan-Bissaka (6/10):

Had an intriguing battle against Mudryk and defended passionately.

    Raphael Varane (5/10):

Picked up an injury and battled his way through to the end of the first half, barely being able to walk.

    Harry Maguire (5/10):

Had a torrid start to the game, mistiming challenges and looking all over the place. Rediscovered his composure thereafter.

    Diogo Dalot (5/10):

Struggled defensively at left-back then compensated with fine attacking play including a sumptuous cross for Fernandes to nod home. But his clumsy trip on Madueke gave Chelsea an unlikely route back.

    Midfield

    Kobbie Mainoo (5/10):

This was not an occasion for his calm control or patient passing and he got lost amid the chaos, not helped by his light frame.

    Casemiro (4/10):

Struggled to keep up with the pace of the game and at one point jogged back towards his area when Chelsea were on the break.

    Bruno Fernandes (7/10):

Committed himself all over the pitch and scored his first goal from open play since November.

    Attack

    Antony (7/10):

Gave away a silly penalty but was then superb. Switched the play for Fernandes' goal then set up the third goal with a stupendous cross with the outside of his right foot. Unfortunately for him, his best display of the season will be remembered more for the result than his performance.

    Rasmus Hojlund (4/10):

Still seems to be lacking rhythm after his injury. Not strong or sharp enough.

    Alejandro Garnacho (9/10):

Making a very strong case to be the team's player of the year and it is not fair on him that the team lost after his sensational performance.

    Subs & Manager

    Jonny Evans (6/10):

Made some good blocks after replacing Varane at half-time, but had to come off just 20 minutes later with his own injury.

    Willy Kambwala (6/10):

Relished the aerial challenges and coped well with Chelsea bombarding United's box.

    Marcus Rashford (5/10):

Didn't get involved much but his pass released Antony for the third goal.

    Scott McTominay (4/10):

Had more energy than Casemiro but then deflected Palmer's winner beyond Onana.

    Mason Mount (N/A):

Came on in the 85th minute to a cacophony of boos.

    Erik ten Hag (5/10):

Made a big call to drop Rashford for Antony and it paid off. Forced into making five changes due to yet more injuries. But ultimately, this style of football is utterly unsustainable.

Kemar Roach gets all-format West Indies contract

Jason Holder, Shai Hope, Alzarri Joseph hold on to top-rung contracts as board announces list of contracted players for 2018-19

Fast bowler Kemar Roach is back on a central contract for West Indies. He was one of four players offered all-format contracts for 2018-19, as per the list announced by Cricket West Indies (CWI) on Monday. The other three are captain Jason Holder, batsman Shai Hope and pacer Alzarri Joseph, all of whom had all-format contracts in the previous cycle too.Roach, 30, has resumed his role as West Indies’ bowling spearhead over the past year, after being dropped on form in 2016. He was recalled in July 2017, and since then has taken 41 wickets in 11 Tests at 22.58, and 10 wickets from five ODIs at 18.60.Contracts list for 2018-19

Women’s contracts
Merissa Aguilleira, Raniece Boyce, Shemaine Campbelle, Shamilia Connell, Deandra Dottin, Afy Fletcher, Hayley Matthews, Anisa Mohammed, Chedean Nation, Akeira Peters, Shakera Selman, Stafanie Taylor

CWI also handed out red-ball, white-ball and development contracts for men, in keeping with the new system that was announced in January, and 12 women’s contracts. The previous contracts expired on September 30, but the new ones will be back-dated to July 1 to ensure all cricketers in the system, both international and domestic, have contracts that run simultaneously. All the contracts will end on June 30, 2019.Batsman Evin Lewis turned down the white-ball contract offered to him, CWI said in a release. Several West Indies players have turned down contracts in the past to allow them to freelance overseas, particularly in T20 leagues, though it has not been confirmed whether this is the case with Lewis.None of the superstars of West Indies cricket feature in the contracts list. It was the same last year, when it was reported that the likes of Chris Gayle, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Kieron Pollard, Darren Bravo, Dwayne Bravo, Marlon Samuels, Samuel Badree and Darren Sammy would be offered pro-rata contracts based on their performances in the short term.Last December, CWI CEO Johnny Grave had told ESPNcricinfo: “Post amnesty, Gayle and Marlon played in England [in the limited-overs series]. If we had won the series and they had made lots of runs, they probably would have got contracts. So I think the selectors want to see them in New Zealand, Super50 and World Cup Qualifiers, but I suspect at some stage in 2018 they will get contracts.”Gayle has played 15 of West Indies’ 18 ODIs since the start of that England series, which had been his first for West Indies since the 2015 World Cup due to various tussles with the board over selection policies. In this period, he has averaged 33.73, with one century, two fifties and a strike-rate of 101.40. There was no mention of Gayle in the board’s press release on the contracts. Given the 2019 World Cup is eight months away, it remains to be seen what role the seniors play in West Indies’ campaign.Batsmen Shimron Hetmyer and Kieran Powell have been given red-ball contracts this year, upgraded from the red-ball development contracts they received last time around. Pacer Shannon Gabriel and legspinner Devendra Bishoo also got red-ball contracts, instead of the all-format ones they had this past year. Jermaine Blackwood (red-ball), Jomel Warrican (red-ball), Jason Mohammed (white-ball) and Kesrick Williams (white-ball development) have been dropped from the contracts list.Chairman of selectors Courtney Browne said handing out separate contracts for red and white-ball cricket “allows for the better management of players as it relates to their development. At the time of recommending contracts in June some players would have developed in different formats after the process had finished, so their recent performances can’t be considered until the next contract cycle.”

New-look Olivier carries same old threat for South Africa

Duanne Olivier may be slower, fuller and blonder than he was three years ago, but he remains just as effective to South Africa

Firdose Moonda03-Jan-2022Duanne Olivier is back. Or is he?The last time this bowler who calls himself Olivier played a Test at the Wanderers, in January 2019 against Pakistan, almost half of his deliveries were short of a good length and fewer than 10% were full. He was the quickest of South Africa’s four seamers and the most successful.Related

Now, an Olivier has turned up, in January 2022 against India, and while just over half his deliveries were short of a good length, almost 15% were full. He was the slowest of South Africa’s quartet, but could still count himself among the successful. Olivier took three wickets, including two in two balls that gave South Africa an early advantage after a meandering first hour of the second Test. He’s back, but he’s not the same Olivier that left, and that’s not just because of the blonde highlights. This is Olivier 2.0.On re-selection, Olivier promised he was less concerned with being an “enforcer” (code for wanting to threaten batters with body blows above the waist) and more interested in finding the best way to operate on each surface. At the Wanderers, historically a fast-bowlers’ paradise, while the instinct is to bowl short, it has been proven that fuller lengths are more likely to get wickets. Olivier knows this. Since returning to the South African domestic set-up, Olivier has joined Lions, who are based at the Wanderers. They’ve played three of their four first-class matches of the season, so far, at this ground and Olivier has taken 24 of his 28 wickets here. Most of them came from bowling fuller than he usually would. “It’s a bit of a risk and reward playoff,” he told ESPNcricinfo earlier in the season. “If you bowl a bit fuller, you might get hit for a few boundaries, but you’re testing the batter’s technique. You’re not just allowing him to leave and get himself in.”Still, Olivier could not resist starting with a bouncer as he marked his return to Test cricket. Mayank Agarwal ducked under it with ease. Olivier adjusted later in the over but overcompensated and bowled it too full. Agarwal cashed in with a cover drive that went for four and then sent a low full toss through mid-off. Olivier was back and finding his feet.In his next over, he got closer to the outside edge but could not tempt KL Rahul into playing. In the next one, he beat Rahul and even though he had dismissed him with movement away from off stump but the bat had flicked the pad as the ball carried through. And in the next over, to keep India’s openers guessing, Olivier sent a well-directed short ball in Rahul’s direction and Dean Elgar thought he may have broken through but the ball came off Rahul’s shoulder. That was the surprise delivery and Olivier went back to bowling full. Rahul found the boundary twice. It took Lungi Ngidi’s impressive opening spell to plant the seeds of doubt in the Indian batters’ minds. In his first 12 balls, Ngidi found Rahul’s outside edge once, but the chance fell short of third slip, and beat it four times. In his next over, he tested Agarwal, who left successfully against Ngidi but nicked off to Marco Jansen.Duanne Olivier is mobbed by his colleagues after picking up a wicket•AFP/Getty ImagesNgidi only bowled four overs, which cost just three runs before Olivier returned, with a plan. He kept Rahul on the back foot with an over of short balls, and tried the same against Cheteshwar Pujara, then mixed it up with a few fuller and then settled on his plan to use the bounce to prise out India’s struggling No.3. Pujara tried to defend a short ball but it ballooned off the shoulder of his bat to Temba Bavuma at point. His next delivery was fuller but still short of a good length and Ajinkya Rahane went fishing. He was caught at gully to give Olivier his 50th Test wicket, three years after his 48th.That makes Olivier the joint-third-quickest South African, in match terms, to reach 50 Test wickets. He is in his 11th Test; Vernon Philander took seven and Peter Pollock, nine. But in balls terms, Olivier is the second-best of all time. Philander bowled 1240 balls to take 50 wickets; Olivier has bowled 1486. That means he takes a wicket roughly every 30 balls, or once in five overs. As things stand, no Test bowler with at least a half-century of wickets is more incisive. In big-picture terms, it does not get much more impressive than that but Olivier was quick to point out that not everything about his performance was perfect. “Sometimes, I was a bit floaty,” he noted. “And it’s okay. As a person, you try to get better. There were certain patches which were very good and certain patches that weren’t very good.”There is also a question around his speed. Most of Olivier’s deliveries clocked in at around 130kph on the speed gun, at least 10kph lower than when he left and was hitting the 140kph regularly. “I don’t know what’s going on with the speed gun,” Olivier said, laughing. The answer is nothing. Enquiries were made earlier in the day when Olivier appeared to be bowling quicker to the naked eye even though the television graphics had him in the mid-120s. The same speed gun had the other bowlers in the 140s, but, even though he may have hinted at it, it doesn’t actually really bother Olivier. “I’ve never looked at the speed gun to see if I am hitting my straps or not,” he said.Instead, Olivier relies on the way he feels and Monday was particularly challenging in that regard. “It felt like a debut. I was very nervous today,” he said. “And I have a new skill: I’m trying to bowl fuller, so I am still trying to do that at pace.”He believes he will get quicker as the series goes on, but thinks the important thing is actually to get more consistent. And that applies to South Africa’s attack as a whole. Their lines were markedly better here than they were at Centurion, where 42% of balls bowled by the seamers were left alone in the first two sessions. At the Wanderers, India only left 33% of the time in the same period. “The message was simple: try and make them play more,” Olivier confirmed. “So we have improved and we want to improve more.”South Africa 2.0 (or are we at 6.0 or somewhere there now?) is also a work in progress but they’ve started 2022 on the right footing. They picked a team with the bowling personnel that suited the situation and they opened the door to someone who thought his international career had ended three years ago. So yes, Oliver is back. The new Olivier.

Zimbabwe set to host Ireland for all-format series in February

Ireland name their squads for the series, with Morgan Topping and Gavin Hoey making it to the red-ball unit

ESPNcricinfo staff03-Jan-2025Zimbabwe are set to host Ireland for an all-format tour consisting of seven matches in February, the board announced on Friday. The tour will begin with a one-off Test match from February 6 to 10 in Bulawayo, before the white-ball leg in Harare. The teams will play three ODIs on February 14, 16 and 18 and as many T20Is on February 22, 23 and 25. Originally, this series was pencilled in for two Tests along with six white-ball games in the ICC men’s Future Tours Programme (FTP).Zimbabwe are currently in the final leg of their multi-format home series against Afghanistan, where they lost both T20I and ODI series 2-1 and 2-0 respectively and secured a draw in the high-scoring, rain-affected first Test. The tour concludes with the ongoing second Test, on January 6.Zimbabwe Cricket managing director Givemore Makoni stressed on the significance of hosting back-to-back full tours.”We are delighted to welcome Ireland for what promises to be an exciting and competitive tour,” he said. “Hosting two full tours in quick succession is a testament to our commitment to providing our players with regular international cricket and to our efforts in growing the game in Zimbabwe.”

Ireland tour of Zimbabwe

  • One-off Test: Feb 6-10, Bulawayo

  • 1st ODI: Feb 14

  • 2nd ODI: Feb 16

  • 3rd ODI: Feb 18

  • 1st T20I: Feb 22

  • 2nd T20I: Feb 23

  • 3rd T20I: Feb 25

(Both ODIs and T20Is in Harare)

Zimbabwe and Ireland have played only Test against each other, in July 2024 in Belfast. The hosts Ireland won the match by four wickets. Zimbabwe last hosted Ireland in late 2023 for six white-ball fixtures. They lost the T20Is 2-1 and the ODIs 2-0.

Topping earns maiden Test call-up for Ireland

Morgan Topping has earned a maiden call-up to the Test and ODI squads for this tour for Ireland. The right-hand batter represents Northern Knights and plays in the top order in domestic cricket.*Legspinner Gavin Hoey, after making his international debut against South Africa last October, has retained his place in the ODI squad and is also in line for a Test debut. Topping and Hoey are the only non-capped players in the Test squad.Fast bowlers Barry McCarthy, whose last international appearance was the Test against Zimbabwe last July, and Gareth Delany – who last played in a T20I in June last year – have returned from injuries. While McCarthy features in all the squads, Delany is included in the T20I squad.Andrew White, national men’s selector, said: “After a break since the series against South Africa in Abu Dhabi, it will be great to see us get back into action in a few weeks’ time. Since 2007, there has been some wonderful contests against Zimbabwe and this should be no different – and it’s exciting to have all three formats on this tour.”Morgan Topping gains his first international call up at senior level having recovered from injury which prevented him making his debut against South Africa last year. He has demonstrated key attributes needed to perform at international level over recent Wolves and Academy fixtures and we wish him well.”It’s going to be exciting to see our two young spinners and the likes of Ross Adair again in action alongside the experienced players and we do, of course, have the return of Josh Little who had a big impact the last time we were in Zimbabwe.”We also have Gareth Delany and Barry McCarthy returning from injury, while Craig Young misses out in the T20 format on this occasion.”It promises to be a very busy cycle ahead – from 2026 to 2028 we will see three white-ball World Cups, however, we have 2025 free from ICC events to build towards this key period.”Ireland Test squad: Andrew Balbirnie (capt), Mark Adair, Curtis Campher, Gavin Hoey, Graham Hume, Matthew Humphreys, Andrew McBrine , Barry McCarthy, Peter Moor, Paul Stirling, Harry Tector, Morgan Topping, Lorcan Tucker, Craig Young.Ireland ODI squad: Paul Stirling (capt), Mark Adair, Andrew Balbirnie, Curtis Campher, George Dockrell, Gavin Hoey, Graham Hume, Matthew Humphreys, Josh Little, Andrew McBrine, Barry McCarthy, Harry Tector, Morgan Topping, Lorcan Tucker, Craig YoungIreland T20I squad: Paul Stirling (capt), Mark Adair, Ross Adair, Curtis Campher, Gareth Delany, George Dockrell, Graham Hume, Matthew Humphreys, Josh Little, Barry McCarthy, Neil Rock, Harry Tector, Lorcan Tucker, Ben White*
